Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Times

  • Florida: 2–3 business days

  • All other U.S. locations: 3–5 business days

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Rates are determined by the weight of your package and your shipping location at checkout.

  • Free Shipping on all orders $99+ (before tax and after discounts).

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All merchandise must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn, undamaged, and unsoiled

  • With all original labels and tags attached

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@backwatersupplyapparel.com to start your return or exchange.

  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Once the item(s) are received by our warehouse:

    • Refunds: Issued to your original form of payment, minus the return shipping label cost of $6.95.

    • Exchanges: Store credit will be issued in the form of a Backwater Supply gift card so you can repurchase your desired item.

Please include your original packing slip in the return package if available.
When contacting us, please have the following ready:

  • Invoice Date

  • Invoice Number

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance and Decals/Stickers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If your decal/sticker arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.
